With the 2019-2020 NBA let’s look at some of the highlights including returns, rivalries and the Battle for LA.

October 22, 8 p.m. ET – Zion’s First game (Toronto vs New Orleans)

Zion Williamson has the potential to become the next big thing in the NBA and what a better place to start your career at the ring ceremony for the 2019 NBA Champions Toronto Raptors.

October 22, 10:30 p.m. ET – The First Battle for LA (Los Angeles Lakers vs LA Clippers)

With two new-look teams in Los Angeles, we finally can see where power lies. Does it fall with Lakers featuring a well-rested LeBron James, Anthony Davis and company or does it lie with 2019 NBA Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard, Paul George and the Clippers?

November 14, 8 p.m. ET – Porzingis Returns to the Garden (New York Knicks vs Dallas Mavericks)

Kristaps Porzingis was traded for cap space and the idea that the Knicks would have acquired Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant. Instead, Porzingis will face a young Knicks squad as he looks to show New York what they traded away.

November 27, 7 p.m. ET – Kyrie Returns to Boston (Boston Celtics vs Brooklyn Nets)

Kyrie Irving will not be hearing cheers when he returns to Boston for the first time as a Net. After saying he would love to resign with the Boston Celtics and then leaving later that year, Boston will be sure to bring the energy as Kyrie will match up against the point guard who replaced him in Kemba Walker.

November 27, 9:30 p.m. ET – Anthony Davis Returns to New Orleans (New Orleans Pelicans vs Los Angeles Lakers)

The same day as Kyrie returns to Boston, Anthony Davis will return to the city that drafted him as the new-look Pelicans led by Zion Williamson will take on LeBron, AD and the rest of the Lakers.

December 11, 7 p.m. ET – Kawhi returns to Canada (Toronto Raptors vs LA Clippers)

Kawhi returns to Toronto after deciding to leave for home in Los Angeles for free agency. The Raptors will surely be eager to show the Klaw that he made a mistake when they meet up.

December 18 7:30 p.m. ET – Jimmy Butler comes back to Philly (Philadelphia 76ers vs Miami Heat)

In one of the most interesting moves of free agency Jimmy Butler took his talents to South Beach where he gets to be the top guy. Now he returns to Philly to take on Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, Tobias Harris, and Al Horford.

January 9, 9:30 p.m. ET – Russell Westbrook returns to OKC (Oklahoma City Thunder vs Houston Rockets)

After Russell Westbrook was traded to the Rockets for Chris Paul and draft capital it showed the signs that OKC was in rebuild mode. Now OKC can say farewell to Russ as he returns for the first time.

March 6, 10:30 p.m. ET – Finals Preview? (Los Angeles Lakers vs Milwaukee Bucks)

The Milwaukee Bucks will be looking to take the leap to the NBA Finals this season and with a late meeting in Los Angeles against the Lakers can the Greek Freak show that the Bucks are for real.
